The spacious ballroom is an ideal location for weddings, formal dinners, meetings, conferences, office parties or family gatherings. The flexibility of the floor plan makes Cottontail an elegant site for a variety of events ranging from a ceremony and intimate dinner for twenty-five guests to a seated dinner banquet for 200 guests.

Your event is your own; what food you eat, or who designs your flowers - these are your own choices. Enjoy the freedom of bringing in your own vendors to customize your event. We commit to making your planning as stress-free as possible; our pricing is simple with no hidden charges.

  • Up to 220 black chiavari cushioned chairs
  • Catering warming kitchen with 3 bay sink, table space, electricity and large fridge

  • Bridal suite on-site

  • Air conditioning and heat
  • Crystal chandeliers, and LED color-changing uplights
  • Handicap accessibility
  • Staff dedicated to maintaining restrooms, trash service and building
  • Staff setup/breakdown your tables/chairs/linens
